Certificates and cards

Every TCTI certificate and training competency card has its own number and QR code. Scanning it opens the record on this website.

What a certificate shows

  • Full name of the learner and ID (Iqama) number
  • Course name, training topics and reference standards
  • Issue date and expiry date
  • Certificate number and a QR code to verify it
  • Names of the course instructor and the General Manager
  • Our CR number and contact details

How to verify

  1. Scan the QR codeOr open the Verify page and type the number.
  2. Read the resultIt shows the name, course, dates and a status: valid, expired or revoked.
  3. CompareThe details must match the document and the person in front of you. If they do not, treat the document as unverified.

Images with dummy data will be added once the certificate template is ready.

About the three statuses

Valid

Issued by TCTI and still within its expiry date.

Expired

Issued by TCTI, but the expiry date has passed. The learner needs to renew.

Revoked

Withdrawn by TCTI, for example if it was issued by mistake. Do not accept it.
