What we keep, why, and how to ask about it.

Learner records

When a learner completes a course we keep their name, ID (Iqama) number, nationality, photo, course, and issue and expiry dates. We keep this to issue the certificate and card and to let others check that they are genuine.

What the Verify page shows

Only the name, course, dates, status and the last digits of the ID number. The photo, nationality and the full ID number are never shown on the website.

If you send us the contact form we keep your name, phone number, chosen course and message so we can reply.

Revoked certificates

A certificate is not deleted when it is withdrawn. It stays on record with the status "revoked" so that old QR codes give a clear answer.
